Ingredients

Almond milk, flaxseed meal,   flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, peanut butter and jam

Step 1

Stir together the almond milk and flaxseed meal.

Step 2

Stir in the maple syrup, coconut oil, peanut butter and sugar.

Step 3

Add the flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt, stir well.

Step 4

Add batter, a spoon of jam, then batter and top with some jam. Swirl the tops with a toothpick.

Step 5

Bake until golden brown.
