Ingredients
Cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, feta and parsley. Dressing: Olive oil, lemon, dried oregano, salt, pepper.
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, add all the chopped vegetables, olives, parsley and half the feta cheese.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss together.
Step 4
Top with the remaining feta cheese and enjoy!
