Apple, Oats, Pecans or almonds, Dates, Ground flax seed, Nut butter, Cinnamon, Salt and Coconut.
Step 1
Place the nuts in a food processor and blend on high until they are broken down to small pieces.
Step 2
Add the apple and blend until it is finely minced, scrape down the sides as needed.
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until it start to come together.
Step 4
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon and roll into balls, coat them in coconut.
