Apple, Oats, Pecans or almonds, Dates, Ground flax seed, Nut butter, Cinnamon, Salt and coconut, for rolling.
Place the nuts in a food processor and blend on high until they are broken down to small pieces.
Add the apple and blend until it is finely minced, scrape down the sides as needed.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until it start to come together.
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon and roll into balls, coat them in coconut.
