Ingredients

Green beans, olive oil, shallots, garlic, balsamic vinegar, spices  and slivered almonds.

Step 1

Place the green beans, shallot and garlic on a baking tray. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper  and stir to coat.

Step 2

Spread them out to an even layer and roast in the oven.

Step 3

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and top the green beans with the slivered almonds.

Step 4

Bake until golden brown  and crispy. Top with some more balsamic vinegar.
