Rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, almond milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, strawberries, banana, chocolate chips and pecans.
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the milk, yoghurt, nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Mix well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
Step 4
To serve, gently mix in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips, save some for topping.
Step 5
To serve, Fill two glasses with the overnight oats and sliced banana. Top with some vanilla yoghurt, the reserved strawberries, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
