Rolled oats, milk, blackberries, chia seeds, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,  mash the banana and then stir in the milk, vanilla and maple syrup.

Step 2

Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Step 3

Gently fold in the blackberries.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with the optional crumble. Bake until lightly golden brown.

Step 5

Let the baked oatmeal cool down for a few minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.

Step 7

Serve as is, or topped with some blackberries  and maple syrup.
