Ingredients

Rolled oats, banana,  chia seeds, salt, almond milk,  maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and blueberries

Step 1

Mash the banana well until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Stir together the mashes banana, milk, maple syrup  and vanilla.

Step 3

Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt, stir well.

Step 4

Fold in the blueberries, cover and place in the fridge overnight, or minimum  4 hours.

Step 5

To serve, fill two glasses and top with some yoghurt, banana slices, nuts and chocolate chips.
