Rolled oats, blueberries,  chia seeds,  salt, almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, lemon zest and vanilla.

Step 1

Mash the blueberries with a fork to release their liquids. Using frozen blueberries will give these overnight oats a deeper colour and flavour.

Step 2

Stir together the milk, yoghurt, mashed blueberries, maple syrup, lemon zest and vanilla.

Step 3

Add the oats, chia seeds and salt, stir well. Cover and place in the fridge overnight,  or for at least 4 hours.

Step 4

After at least 4 hours or overnight, give the oats a good stir and serve in 2 glasses.

Step 5

To serve, fill two glasses and top with some yoghurt, blueberries and nuts of choice.
