Rolled oats, almond milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Step 1

Stir together the almond milk, yoghurt, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Add the oats, chia seeds,  salt and cinnamon.

Step 3

Stir well, cover and place in the fridge overnight or for  at least 4 hours.

Step 4

To serve, fill two glasses with the overnights oats.  Top with brown sugar, nuts or topping of choice.
