Ingredients

Rolled oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger and ground nutmeg, salt, almond milk, carrot, maple syrup, vanilla extract, raisins and pecans

Step 1

To a mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, pecans, flaxseed, chia seeds, baking powder, spices and salt.

Step 2

Add the almond milk, grated carrot,  maple syrup, and vanilla and stir very well.

Step 3

Fold in the chopped nuts  and raisins.

Step 4

Spread to an even layer and top with some extra chopped pecans. Bake in there oven.

Step 5

Cut into pieces and serve with a little yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
