Ingredients
Chickpeas, avocado, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, feta cheese and herbs. Dressing Avocado, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients for the dressing until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
To a large salad bowl, add the drained and rinsed chickpeas, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion and half the feta cheese, avocado and chopped herbs.
Step 3
Pour over the dressing and gently stir everything together.
