Ingredients
Chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and dill. Dressing Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Step 1
In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing.
Step 2
Add the chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, and dill to a salad bowl.
Step 3
Pour over the dressing and gently stir everything together.
Step 4
Top with some extra chopped dill and feta cheese.
