Ingredients

Orzo, chickpeas, red bell pepper, red onion, cheery tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese  and basil. Dressing: Olive oil, red wine vinegar,, garlic, honey, dijon, salt, pepper and red chili flakes

Step 1

Cook the orzo and rinse it in cold water.

Step 2

In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 3

To a salad bowl, add the orzo, chickpeas, chopped vegetables, feta and basil.

Step 4

Drizzle over the dressing and toss to combine.
