Banana, mashed Cocoa powder, unsweetened Coconut sugar or light brown sugar Coconut oil, melted Almond milk Apple cider vinegar Oat flour Almond flour Baking powder Salt Caramelized Bananas Banana, sliced Coconut oil Maple syrup

 Instructions In a mixing bowl, mach the banana with a fork.  Add the coconut oil, sugar and cocoa powder and stir until no lumps remain.  Add the almond milk and apple cider vinegar and stir until combined. Fold in the oat and almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix until just combined.  Fry the pancakes until bubbles form on top. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown.
