Rolled oats, chia seeds,  salt, almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and peanut butter.

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,  add the yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder. Stir well, adding a little milk at the time.

Step 2

Add the oats, chia seeds, pinch of salt and chocolate chips.

Step 3

Stir well, cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Step 4

After at least 4 hours or overnight, give the oats a good stir and serve in 2 glasses.

Step 5

To serve, fill two glasses and top with some banana slices, a few chocolate chips and some peanut butter if desired.
