Rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract
In a bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Add the almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Mix well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
To serve, fill two glasses with the overnight oats and top yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon.
