Ingredients

Rolled oats, coconut milk, Chia seeds, Maple syrup, Vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Step 1

In a bowl, stir together the oats and chia seeds

Step 2

Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Stir well, cover and place in the fridge overnight or for  at least 4 hours.

Step 4

To serve, fill two glasses with the overnights oats. Top with coconut chips, chia seeds or topping of choice.
