Chia seeds, cranberry sauce, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, maple syrup, orange zest and vanilla extract

Step 1

Add the milk, cranberry sauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange zest and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Stir well until smooth.

Step 2

Pour in the chia seeds  and stir very well.

Step 3

Cover and chill for  at least 4 hours.

Step 4

To serve,  fill two glasses with the chia pudding, optional with a little extra cranberry sauce at the bottom.  Top with some yoghurt, orange zest, cinnamon and chia seeds.
