Sweet potatoes, olive oil, cornstarch, dried spices and fresh parsley.
Step 1
Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, about ½ inch at the thickest part.
Step 2
Toss to coat with the olive oil and spice mixture.
Step 3
Spread out in an even, single layer and bake until golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft in the centre.
