Sweet potatoes, olive oil, cornstarch, spices and lemon zest.
Step 1
Cut the sweet potatoes into chunks and place on a baking sheet. Pour on the olive oil and stir until coated.
Step 2
Add the cornstarch and spices. Stir well.
Step 3
Bake until golden brown and crispy. Top with some grated lemon zest.
