Ingredients

Cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion and cilantro. Dressing: oil, lime, maple syrup, ginger, sesame seeds, garlic and  soy sauce

Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

Slice the cucumber, bell peppers and red onion.  Add them to a salad bowl.

Step 3

Pour over the dressing.

Step 4

Toss the salad together with the dressing and top with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
