Potatoes, olive oil and spices: salt, yellow curry powder, ground ginger, sweet paprika powder, garlic powder and black pepper Topping: cilantro and ime zest
Cut the potatoes into chunks and place on a baking sheet.
Add the oil and spices.
Toss the potatoes well with the oil and spices and spread out in a single layer.
Bake until golden brown and crispy. Top with cilantro and some lime zest.
