Ingredients
Olive oil, onion, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, garlic, tomato purée, vegetal broth, chopped tomatoes, red lentils and spices
Step 1
Sauté the onion, carrots, celery and red pepper until the onions are soft and translucent.
Step 2
Add the garlic, tomato purée and spices, cook for awhile stirring.
Step 3
Add the stock, tomatoes and lentils. Bring to a simmer while stirring.
Step 5
Salt and pepper to taste and serve with some chopped parsley.
