Ingredients

Milk, yogurt, active yeast, sugar, olive oil, flour, salt, vegan butter, garlic and parsley

Step 1

Add the milk and yoghurt to a small bowl. stir together and heat in the microwave until lukewarm.

Step 2

In a bowl, add the lukewarm milk and yoghurt mixture with the sugar and yeast, stir well. Let it sit to activate the yeast.

Step 3

Add the olive oil, bread flour and salt. Knead the dough in the stand mixer.

Step 4

Let the dough rice in a warm place  until doubled in size.

Step 5

Divide in 6-8 equal pieces and roll out to an oval sage with a rolling pin.

Step 6

Carefully place the naan in the hot frying pan and cook until the top has big bubbles, like this.

Step 7

Brush the naan with the garlic butter and enjoy!
