Chickpeas, fava beans, parsley, red onion, red chili, olive oil, lemon, garlic, maple syrup, sea salt and ground black pepper.
In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.
Add the vegetables to the bowl with the dressing and gently toss.
Let sit to marinate for at least 30 min before serving to bring out the flavours.
