Red lentil pasta, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, arugula, feta cheese, olives, sun dried tomatoes, oil, lemon, basil, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic and spices

Step 1

Add all the ingredients for the dressing in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions for al dente.

Step 3

Add the pasta to a large salad bowl with the vegetables, olives, feta cheese and herbs. Pour over the dressing and gently toss together.
