Ingredients
Rolled oats, banana, chia seeds, peanut butter, salt, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla walnuts and chocolate chips.
Step 1
Mash the banana until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Stir together the mashes banana, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla.
Step 3
Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt, stir well.
Step 4
Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts if adding. Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Step 5
To serve, fill two glasses and top with yoghurt, banana slices, nuts and chocolate chips.
