Chickpeas, red onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, cilantro, parsley, tahini, oil, lemon, maple syrup,  garlic and spices

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

Add the vegetables and chickpeas to a salad bowl.

Step 3

Pour over the dressing and gently mix.
