Rolled oats, Almond milk, Yoghurt, Chia seeds, Maple syrup, Vanilla extract, Lemon zest and pinch of salt

In a bowl, mix together the oats and chia seeds
Step 2
Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Stir very well, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
