Chickpeas, lentils, red bell pepper, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and parsley Dressing: Olive oil, lemon, garlic, honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and red chili flakes
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing.
Step 2
Add the chickpeas, lentils, vegetables and feta cheese.
Step 3
Gently stir everything together.
Step 4
Top with some extra feta cheese and chopped parsley.
