Chickpeas, garlic, lemon, dill, turmeric, salt, pepper, olive oil,  tahini, ice water

Step 1

Process all the ingredients in a food processor (except the water) until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.

Step 2

Adjust the thickness by adding water if necessary, add 1 tablespoon at a time until it’s the right consistency.

Step 3

Top with chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with some fresh dill.
