Ingredients

Orzo, red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber,  cheery tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh herbs. Dressing: Olive oil, lemon, garlic, honey, dijon,  salt, pepper and red chili flakes

Step 1

Cook the orzo, rinse it and let it cool down.

Step 2

In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 3

To a salad bowl, add the orzo,, chopped vegetables, feta cheese and herbs.

Step 4

Drizzle over the dressing and toss to combine.
