Ingredients

Large white beans or Cannellini beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and basil. Dressing Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes

Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

Add the beans, chopped pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, and basil  to a salad bowl.

Step 3

Pour over the dressing and gently stir everything together.

Step 4

Top with some extra chopped basil and feta cheese.
