Ingredients

Rolled oats, Almond milk, Yoghurt, Maple syrup, Cream cheese, Vanilla extract, Chia seeds, pinch of salt and berries.

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla,  maple syrup, cream cheese, and stir well

Step 2

Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and pinch of salt to the bowl. Stir well a few times to prevent lumps.

Step 3

Carefully stir in the frozen or fresh berries., cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
