Ingredients

Water, active dry yeast,  sugar, bread flour, dried rosemary and oregano, salt and olives.

In a mixing bowl, add the warm water,  sugar and yeast

Step 1

Stir in the flour, spices and salt  with a spoon.

Step 2

The dough will be loose and sticky. Add the olives and gently  stir them in.

Step 3

Cover with a kitchen towel and  let it rise for about an hour or  double in size.

Step 4

Form a ball and place the bread in the preheated Duch oven. Cover with the lid and bake.

Step 5

Let the bread cool down for about 30 minutes before you slice it.
