Orzo, red bell pepper, red onion,  cheery tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, pesto and lemon juice.

Step 1

Cook the orzo, rinse it and let it cool down.

Step 2

Chop the vegetables and add the cooked orzo to a  salad bowl.

Step 3

To the bowl with the cooked orzo, add the pesto and lemon juice, toss well to combine.

Step 4

Add the chopped bell pepper, red onion, tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella, fresh basil and toss to combine.
