Rolled oats, chia seeds,  salt, almond milk, yoghurt,  maple syrup,  vanilla extract  and frozen fruit or berries.

Step 1

Heat the frozen fruit or berries in the microwave until it is piping hot and bubbling. Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup.

Step 2

In a bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Add the almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir well.

Step 4

Stir well, let it sit for 10 min and stir again to prevent lumps.

Step 5

In two glasses, add the berries to the bottom. Top with the overnight oats.. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Top with frozen fruit or berries.
