Rolled oats, yoghurt, milk, peaches, pecans,  chia seeds, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Step 1

Ain a mixing bowl,  stir together the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and honey.

Step 2

Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Step 3

Add the chopped  peaches and pecans.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with the optional crumble. Bake until lightly golden brown.

Step 5

Let the baked oatmeal cool down for a few minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.

Step 7

Serve as is, or topped with yoghurt, fresh peaches and maple syrup.
