Ingredients

Potatoes, pesto, salt, pepper,  chili flakes, parmesan cheese  and lemon zest

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into chunks and place on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Toss them well with the pesto and spices and spread out in a single layer. Bake the potatoes until golden brown and crispy

Step 3

Sprinkle with the parmesan and bake for another couple of minutes until the parmesan is just melted..

Step 4

Toss with the lemon zest and season with a little extra salt.
