Chickpeas,  fava beans,  parsley,  red onion,  red chili, olive oil,  lemon,  garlic,  maple syrup,  sea salt and  black pepper.

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.

Step 2

Add the vegetables to the  bowl with the dressing  and gently toss.

Step 3

Let sit to marinate for at least  30 min before serving  to bring out the flavours.
