Potatoes New potatoes, olive oil, spices, fresh dill, lemon Lemon Tzatziki Yoghurt, cucumber, lemon, garlic, dill, salt and pepper
Slice the potatoes into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
Toss them well with the oil and spices and spread out in a single layer.
Bake until golden brown and then toss with fresh dill and lemon zest.
