Carrots, olive oil, maple syrup, spices and parsley.

Step 1

Place the sliced carrots  on a baking sheet. Add the olive oil, maple syrup and spices,  stir to coat.

Step 2

Spread them out to an even layer and roast in the oven.

Step 3

Top with fresh chopped parsley, some more salt and pepper if desired and serve immediately while hot
