Ingredients

Banana, shredded coconut,  cocoa powder, salt and  chocolate chips (optional)

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

Step 2

Add the cocoa powder and stir until no more lumps remain.

Step 3

Add the coconut and pinch of salt, mix well.

Step 4

Gently mix in the  chocolate chips.

Step 5

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of batter and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Press down gently with your hand to flatten a little.
