White whole wheat flour, Rolled oats, Seeds, Baking powder and baking soda, Spices, Almond milk, Soy yogurt, Apple cider vinegar, Vegan cheese, Sun-dried tomatoes, Carrot and Zucchini

Ingredients

Step 1

Stir together all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the wet ingredients and stir.

Step 3

Fold in the veggies and shredded vegan cheese.

Step 4

Divide the batter evenly in the prepared muffin pan.

Step 5

Top with some seeds if desired and bake.
