Cinnamon roll overnight oats

Cinnamon roll overnight oats are super easy to make! This recipe is healthy, super creamy and filled with warming cinnamon spice. A perfect make-ahead, fall breakfast.

Ingredients
Overnight oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup greek style yoghurt, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • ½ cup greek style yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add the almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract.

  3. Mix well, let it sit for 5 min and mix well again. This is to prevent lumps forming from the chia seeds.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. To serve, fill two glasses with the overnight oats and top yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
