The best healthy pumpkin smoothie that's super easy to make, creamy and full of fall pumpkin spice flavour.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk, or other milk of your choice
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt of your choice
  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Serve immediately by pouring in 2 tall glasses. Top with a little yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon.
