Strawberry Energy Bites

Ingredients
  • 150 g (1 heaping cup) Strawberries, hulled
  • 4 deciliter (1 ½ Cups) oats
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I used almond butter)
  • coconut for rolling
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor (except the coconut) and blend until well combined and the strawberries have broken down. 

    Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken, then roll into balls and coat in coconut. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
