Rolled oats, pecans, flaxseed, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, apples and dates.
To a mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, pecans, flaxseed, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the almond milk, apple sauce, maple syrup, and vanilla and stir very well.
Fold in the chopped apple and dates.
Spread to an even layer and top with some extra chopped apples and pecans. Bake in there oven.
Cut into pieces and serve with a little yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
