Ingredients
Rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, strawberry jam and rainbow sprinkles.
Step 1
In a bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the almond milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
Step 3
Stir well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
Step 4
Gently stir in the rainbow sprinkles.
Step 5
Fill two glasses and layer with the strawberry jam. Top with vanilla yoghurt and sprinkles and enjoy!
